Transportation of Dangerous Good Regulations Amendment 12 Comments Requested

This proposed amendment is provided for informal comment. There have been significant changes to the proposed amendment, including

  • the addition of a definition of “overpack”
  • the placarding requirements of Part 4 of the TDG Regulations
  • updates to subsection 1.17(4) to allow the display of the new limited quantities mark in the UN Recommendations
  • Comments Requested – Amendment 12 on or before 6 June 2011
