2nd Addendum to the 2013 IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations 54th Edition

IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations 54th Edition (English) ADDENDUM II Effective February 14, 2013

This addendum issued by ICAO to the 2013 – 2014 edition of the Technical Instructions to remove provision for lithium ion aircraft batteries up to a weight of 35 kg to be transported on passenger aircraft, please see the link on this page for an equivalent addendum to the 54th edition of the DGR.

In addition to the changes related to special provision A51, there are also a number of revisions to operator variations that have been advised and that are now effective.
