This proposed amendment is provided for informal comment. There have been significant changes to the proposed amendment, including
- the addition of a definition of “overpack”
- the placarding requirements of Part 4 of the TDG Regulations
- updates to subsection 1.17(4) to allow the display of the new limited quantities mark in the UN Recommendations
- Comments Requested – Amendment 12 on or before 6 June 2011
